à la Carte Kitchen operates its own in-house staffing service.
All service staff are paid a four hour minimum. Service staff are elegantly dressed in
white shirts with ties and black trousers. If your party requires alternate
attire for the service staff, please inquire.

Decor and Entertainment

We are pleased to assist you in your decor and entertainment requirements.

Rentals
| |
à la Carte Kitchen will be pleased to present you with a rental quote for china,
flatware, linens, tables, glassware, etc. if these items are required. Rentals are billed directly
to the client by the rental company. We recommend two company's each with excellent reputations:
Chairman Mills Inc. and
Exclusive Affair Rentals.

Dietary Restrictions

à la Carte Kitchen is pleased to respect any dietary
restrictions and/or food allergies of your guests. Please voice your
requests with one of our event designers.

Guest Count
| |
The minimum guest count is 8 people, unless otherwise noted.
We require a confirmed guest count three business days prior to
the function. A guest count may increase in numbers but cannot
decrease once a confirmed number has been provided. This restriction
is due to the ordering of foods and preparation time required by the kitchen.

Delivery Charges
| |
Modest delivery charges plus taxes apply to all orders.
|
Service Charge and Taxes
| |
The prevailing federal and provincial taxes are applied where required.
All catered foods are subject to both GST + PST, as are service staff.
A 15% service charge is to be applied to the menu charge only, when service
staff are in attendance. This charge covers consultation, administration and
on-site inspections.

Payments
| |
A deposit of 60% of the total approximate cost is required to confirm arrangements.
The outstanding amount is to be paid upon receipt of invoice. à la Carte Kitchen
reserves the right to request a credit card number (corporate or personal) as a confirmation of order.
